Shipping policy

Heavy/Bulky Items
Where the product price is displayed at checkout, but shipping costs are "Shipping TBD", the shipping cost "To Be Determined" after the order is placed. 

You will receive a separate notification/invoice with the final amount. Your order will only be processed once you confirm and agree to the shipping charge, otherwise is shipping cost is not agreed, other options will be provided to you, including pickup.

We Provide Free Local Pickup and will contact you once your order is placed and ready for pickup from our warehouse. Usually within 24hrs.

Freight charges will apply for all heavy and/or bulky items
Items that are classified as Heavy/Bulky may have extra freight charges apply. If your order online contains Heavy/Bulky Items or Bulk quantities additional delivery/freight charge applies upon completion (customer service representative will contact you). Call 1300 112 442  for any enquiries. 

**Note: Some regional & geographically remote locations may incur additional charges once order is booked with the courier. We will advise if required to obtain acceptance and approval to proceed.

Order Processing and Dispatch:
When you place an order, we dispatch your items within 24–48 hours. If there's any unexpected delay, we'll promptly update you with a new estimated delivery time.

Delivery Timeframes:
Delivery times vary from 2-5 working days from the payment date.

Large Orders and Forklifts:
For large, bulky orders, make sure a forklift is available for unloading. Additional charges apply for redelivery with a tailgate truck.

Out-of-Stock Items:
If an item is out of stock, your order will be on hold until the item is available. This will be reflected in your confirmation email.

Delivery to PO Boxes:
Unfortunately, due to size and weight constraints, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. All items are couriered for secure and reliable delivery.

Special Orders & Back-ordered items:
These items may take up to 20 business days to arrive in our warehouse for dispatch, and an additional 3-7 business days for delivery. Please note that the estimated delivery date is subject to change availability and stage of manufacturing.
